ClinicFHIRServer is a small public FHIR R4 server with a set of sensible sample resources (patients, encounters, observations, medications, and related references). The point is simple: give your client, your validator, or a SMART-on-FHIR app a live FHIR endpoint to talk to without standing up your own infrastructure.
Use it to:

FhirClientat a real FHIR base URL and run your query and paging code, - drive a validator or profile check against live resources,
- demo a SMART-on-FHIR authorization and scope flow end to end.
It is a testing and learning server. It is provided as-is, contains synthetic / sample data, and is not certified for production or for any standard conformance.
